Mel Steele joined Americas Engineers as an Senior Electrical Technician/Programmer. Mel comes to our team with a wealth of experience in technical maintenance roles. He has over 30 years experience in industrial maintenance and maintenance leadership positions. His experience includes  PLC and robotic programming, multi-discipline machine maintenance and support, troubleshooting and repair of complicated equipment and processes.  He is experienced in servo systems and motor controls as well as panel building and safety systems. Mel has received extensive training throughout his career including Karel robotics and Allen Bradley PLC programming courses. Mel enjoys golfing and currently lives in Evansville.
