Americas Engineers, Inc. was contracted by Vectren to design/build a maintenance facility located in Francisco, IN. This facility’s purpose is to combine the facilities found in three (3) Gibson County towns.
The facility is designed to include 1,700 SF of offices and restroom/locker facilities and 5,000 SF of drive through maintenance bays.
The project involved coordination with an existing grounding grid as well as a septic mounding system, located on an adjacent site.
