Design a 20,000 SF Storage Facility to Store the Oil Spill of One Large Transformer with Sloping Floor

AEI was responsible to get site survey with contour map to help evaluate the floor elevation and the grading around the facility.
Coordinate the soil borings performed by soil testing company to check the soil bearing capacity of the area and the soil conditions.
AEI worked with City Water Department for bringing water hydrant outside the gate of facility.
Prepared bid document for construction bids, evaluate the bids and recommend contractor who meets the scope requirements of the project.
Performed the construction management for entire project to ensure the construction met the scope and drawings requirements.
