Excellence in Build-to-Suit Facility Design Alternatives
Americas Engineers, Inc. teamed up with Woodward Commercial Realty Inc. to meet Shoe Carnival’s need for corporate expansion. The new 60,000 sq ft. corporate office building was the second phase of a $40 million expansion project by Shoe Carnival. This corporate facility will serve as the client’s new national headquarters building, as they have currently outgrown their existing location. Americas Engineers, Inc. worked hand-in-hand with Shoe Carnival and Woodward Commercial Realty, Inc. to design the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and communications systems for this corporate facility. Special focus was given to meet the client’s distinct design requirements while minimizing overall project cost.
The new facility, complete with a second floor luxurious executive area will house all corporate operations of Shoe Carnival. With interior space available along with the ability for future expansion of 15,000 SF from each end of the building, this facility was designed to meet the needs of the client for many years to come.
