Providing Corporate Facility Energy-Efficient Design

Americas Engineers, Inc. teamed up with Woodward Commercial Realty (owner), Morley & Associates (architect), and Energy Systems Group (tenant) to provide electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and plumbing (MEP) system designs for the construction of Energy Systems Group’s new Corporate Headquarters.  The designs of these systems meet qualifications for Energy Star-rated design providing the tenant with a high-efficiency design.
This new corporate facility serves multiple full service branch offices and satellite locations throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States, employing over 160 team members.
